Some thoughts

I've been doing quite a bit of thinking lately. You know, the keep-you-up-at-night, keep-your-mind-going-all-day kind of thinking. My thoughts have been all over the spectrum, but mostly centered around life, MY LIFE, and what I want out of my life.

I spent my weekend playing like a child with them:

I spent most of my day today cleaning and cooking like this:

and through it all I feel like I've gained some clarity and direction into my desire to have a purpose-driven life.

Here are some key ingredients I am adding (or enhancing their saturation) into my life:

practice Meditation

travel, Travel, travel

Love more freely

recognize and Appreciate the little things

adopt Vegetarianism

read Scriptures thoroughly

speak more French

Me + key ingredients = New & Improved

Or so I hope..... :)

thanks for sharing. i think we all hit a point (probably more than once) where we evaluate where we've been and where we want to go in life...i've been doing the same :)
thanks again.

These are wonderful. I love the fun pictures of the kids and hubby. But....How can someone as perfect as you even have anything to improve on!! Will you slow down a bit so that people like me can at least semi-catch up!!! You are simply amazing and a great example to me. Thanks for sharing your positive direction. LOVE YOU TONS!!

cute apron! i don't think i will ever be a meditating, vegeterian-eating kind of gal, but i can't wait to hear how it works out for you!

i'm so glad you sent out that email this morning--i totally hadn't noticed that i hadn't seen a post from you in like 3 months! it must have died on my google reader.

love that. thank you. one thought..you might want to add to your list.

+ wear only the cute sexy apron in above picture to greet and welcome home the hubby. does that go under love more freely?

That's awesome.. it always feels good when you have purpose, and you recognize that you want to change and better yourself... More people should look inward more often.. I think that would solve a lot of people problems, and world problems.
