The inaugural trip

This last weekend marked our removal from our den of winter travel hibernation, and I couldn't be more happy about it. For our inaugural trip, Ryan and I got a babysitter and drove up to the Netherlands to attend the temple. The temple itself is so beautiful and our attendance there was a wonderful reminder of all that I hold dear.

We will round out this month with a week in Portugal (starting Saturday!!!!), and a me-and-Ryan-only weekend in Amsterdam. We have planned this spring and summer to be our most densely packed with travel in our 2-year stint here, so stay tuned for more adventures and less boredom now that spring has sprung!

So glad you guys got to go to the temple. Good for you!

Can't wait to see pics of Portugal! I'm so jealous!!

Can you believe it's March already? Summer will be around the corner and you'll be traipsing around the far corners of Europe! :)

Give the kids lots of hugs from us,
Jenny

Yea for getting out of the house. That temple is beautiful. Knowing the kinds of trips you guys take to attend the temple makes me grateful for it!

I am still waiting for spring ever so patiently, I keep telling myself that. I am so tired of winter.....
I still am wrapping myself up in a blanket just to watch Matthew walk down the street from the bus stop.
Have a ton of fun!
